Wouldn't you want GoLE with skills like SB, HP and Aegis in the same bar?

Those are skills you only use when needed, so I thought you wouldn't need it, but it could be a nice add yes =]

Alright, first off, you can have a 12/10/8 attribute split, so you're gimping yourself out of points in Prot.

Second, Life Sheath + Dismiss Condition = a wasted slot.

Next, Heal Party is awful unless paired with Healer's Boon, which is awful, therefore Heal Party is awful².

Never been a fan of Spotless Mind in PvE unless it's a retardedly hex-heavy area.

That'll do for now. Happy Wintersday.

I second getting rid of dismiss, also might want to add [dwayna's [email protected]] with all the enchants in your build.

EDIT: [build prof=Mo/E prot=12+1+1 divinefavor=10+1 healingprayers=8+1][Life Sheath][dwayna's kiss][Shield of Absorption][Patient Spirit][Glyph of lesser energy][Aegis (PvE)][Protective Spirit][no skill][/build]

Optional skills can go into skill slot #8.

As noted, you don't need Dismiss if using the new Life Sheath. Heal Party is not only rough on energy management, but the 2 second cast time makes it bad without Healer's Boon or Holy Haste. Patient Spirit is a nice heal for a hybrid I suppose, but Gift of Health might be better without using Heal Party and Spotless Mind. Biggest thing I see missing is a staple of all good Prot builds, and that is Protective Spirit. So I'd suggest changing 4 of your skills. Dismiss, Patient, Party, and Spotless. Add in Protective Spirit for sure, and if you want a heal hybrid, look into Gift of Health. Spotless is a poor hex removal as it only removes 3 hexes at most, and that only if you reach 15 Healing Prayers. Remove Hex or Convert Hexes would work better, and of course some energy management for Aegis, Spirit Bond, and Protective Spirit would be superb, and that is served best by GoLE.

[life sheath][protective spirit][shield of absorption][spirit bond][gift of health][aegis][convert hexes][glyph of lesser energy]

Now, as noted, your attributes aren't set right either. I'm guessing you either made a typo, or you never did the attribute point quests. The 2 best options for your skill set would be an 11-10-10 or 12-10-8 split. I'd recommend the 11-10-10 myself, so you would end up with 13 Protection Prayers, 11 Divine Favor, and 11 Healing Prayers (using minor runes for all). Gift of Health would heal for more than Patient Spirit, and be a direct heal, not having to wait 2 seconds. Recharge would be longer, but as a Prot Monk, you shouldn't have much need for frequent heals. Biggest problem is it can't be cast on yourself. If you want a spell to heal yourself as well, then use Patient Spirit.

Ty all for your replies!

I just ran the build with GoLE added and changed Spotless mind for Holy Veil.
It worked pretty well and I also tried Gift of Health but I prefer Patient Spirit.

well i dont like spirit bond in pve very much, prot spirit does so much more for me, but thats just me :P and as you probably understood dismiss and life sheath together is to much.
i like to run just remove hex in pve cos of the fast recharge but again that is just me, just have to figure out what you like

If I were to run LS in PvE instead of WoH for some reason, my bar would look like this:

[life sheath][Patient Spirit][dwayna's kiss][cure hex][shield of absorption][protective spirit][aegis][glyph of lesser energy]

(possibly swapping out [Patient Spirit] for [signet of rejuvenation])

It's basically the same as the standard WoH bar, only swap out [word of healing], [dismiss condition], [Reversal of fortune] for [life sheath], [patient spirit], [glyph of lesser energy].
I'm not a fan of that swap, but some might like it because the added bar compression gives you room for the glyph.
